Fun with juicing!

Josh had to work this morning and we always juice together in the mornings and during the days of the weekend we juice more often, today though as josh was driving home at lunch i decided to do a smoothie instead of a juice, also i like that you don't get left over pulp and have to throw away some good fiber that's usually left in the pulp, for one of my wedding gifts i got a Vita-Mix(best things ever)

i mixed together 1/2 a bunch of Spinach, three Kale Leaves (big ones) one banana,one cup strawberry's, three little yogurt(some of my yogurt was going to go bad so i put them in the freezer and it works out great for this drink) also some ice and a little apple juice! oh and some fresh ginger root, very good! all of you should try this energy drink at home, both josh and i had fun drinking it as you can see from the pictures!

New Floors..before and afters

So we had a water problem behind are fridge that caused some water damage

and we got to get are floors replaced!! we are sooo happy with the outcome and

it feels like its a new home! soo fun!!!

Date Night

So Last night my wonderful husband took me out ( a much needed time out alone without Memphis)

josh and i both love Cheesecake so we ended up at the cheesecake cafe and both got are own slice of cake and are favorite wine, talked over life and are plans for the year ahead and enjoyed time alone:)

josh must have own i needed it and feel refreshed today!

later that night we went to wal-mart and picked out this huge teddy bear for a christmas gift for Memphis, its bigger then him and he loves stuff like that, we will keep all his gifts at the in-laws and let everyone enjoy his face while getting all his giftes!! so much fun!

Thanks again for the date night hun, it was fun! i love spending time with you!

New Hair Piece

So i went to this great little store that had so many cute little hair pieces and thought i would treat myself to something cute for my hair, i thought it looked great and wanted it but i also new josh would probably ask me how much it was...and i would get to say it only coast me a whole dollar from the dollar store!!!! yes yes i know its cute eh! and only for a dollar, great find i thought! and josh said he loved it too:)

Somemore Randoms...

So i know when you have a blog you have to update it everyday or so, sometimes life gets busy and that does not happen, so i apologize for that!

Anyways we did some fun things this last week

WE went to red deer to visit some of Josh's family and had a great time there, there is a picture in here with josh and Memphis and there is all kids toys around, we were at his family's house in red deer and she has a day home there...fun for the kids! Memphis didn't want to leave!

Also josh needed new cloths so i went to winners and got him some super hot new cloths! I'm pretty happy with how everything fits and he likes it!!

..we have been trying to make are room better and painted are green mirror into ivory and it looks great! makes the room feel so put together! hope you like it!!!

We went to a Christmas Craft Fair with are good friends (the Mark Family) Mere and David, its a huge craft fair that is almost all of spruce meadows, anyways it was a cold day but it was worth making the trip! fun times with friends, we also had them over for dinner that night and was good great fellowship with them:)

And on to the last post, Both josh and i have been eating and juicing alot more and here are some of the juice pictures from juicing! i have been feeling alot better from this and hope to make it a total lifestyle change! !!!

Elbow Falls+ Randoms!

Good Morning everyone! the sun is shining here and tonight we are off to red deer for a visit with family:)

This last weekend was a good one! we went out to Elbow Falls and it was so cold there that we had to come back to our house and make smores in the oven, haha they did come out very good too! you can see the fun we had making them!

Also there is a picture of Memphis in bed with his new shoes on, he loves them so much he had to lay in bed wearing them! so cute, both josh and i had a good laugh over that:)

Yesterday i went out with Meredith for a walk at her friends house and it was so nice to get out, the weather was good and the kids had fun palying together:) memphis was soo tired when we got home that he feel asleep in his highchair! i was laughing so hard becouse his eyes were closed and he was still trying to feed himself, anyways i thught that was super cute!

New Shoes

New shoes, so there is a second hand shop right behind my house that is for kids (also a Starbucks:) ) and its fun to go and look around for any good deals! anyways i got two new pairs for Memphis that he will need to grow alittle more for the drown pair but can still walk in them to, i spent $2.50 on one pair and $2.50 on the other, i was so delighted after and i think Memphis was to because when i put them on him he was walking better and kept on looking at hes feet, how cute!

Fabulous Dinner Again!

Why is it that food testes SO good, well i can tell you this is last night's dinner could have not tasted any better then it did! Lori has been watching cooking shows and learning so many new things in the kitchen, and i must have to say I'm liking what I'm tasting! She is making dinner's that are far more then the average Joe:) Thanks again for the wonderful dinner again and again!
