Memphis Turns One!

One already my little man, Happy first birthday from mom and

dad, We Love you Sooooo much and over the past year you have

made us So happy and full of life! we are so thanksful to god

that he gave you to us and feel blessed everyday looking at your

beautiful face, you are such a happy fun baby and we are so

lucky to be your parents! We pray that you will have another

great year ahead of you and happy one too, you have been

one of the best things that have ever happened to us and we

Love Love love you with all are hearts!

Friday Night Dinner!

Wow, what can i say! this meal hit every spot a meal could hit!
We (the four of us) ate all of this in like 20 minutes and barley talked

because we were all to busy eating! haha i think that's the way it

should be and i can tell you that it was worth every minute of slaving

over during the day! Thanks again Chris and Lori for the wonderful

meal!

We (Josh, Memphis and i) love are friday nights with you both!

Fresh Bread....

...Right out of the oven! lately we have been buying store bought bread

and i have totally forgotten how much i love the smell of the bread baking

and how much i enjoy making it and after looking at how nice it look's all set out

(Big job by hand though). The best is right out of the oven with

butter all over it! yum! hope you all can smell and taste it, even if its though

my blog!

Snow!

Today this is what we woke up too! a Winter Wonderland!

I was happy to see snow as i looked out the window, most

people here would have something to say to me but i am

home all day in my cozy little house wrapped up in warm

clothing and fuzzy slippers drinking hot tea! what more

could i ask for on a cold day!

I'm sure josh could tell you his day so far has been very

different then mine, it started out with getting up too early

to get all the snow that had fallen off the car and bring the

garbage out back to get picked up and ate one pancake cuz he

was was running late, to have to sit in the car for two hours

until he finally made it to work!!!! I hope tomrrow is a better

Day for him!

Friday Night Dinners!

So Every Friday night my in-laws Chirs and Lori have us over

for dinner! and every Saturday day i have to give the report

to my side of the family as to what we had to eat! so i thought

that i would post every Saturday what i had to eat and how

much fun i had eating it:) My day always starts out fun!

Lori comes gets me and takes me back to her place

for the day ( to a stay home mom that's a wonderful outing )

and she ALWAYS makes it SO nice for Memphis and i!

Yesterday we starting out with a very healthy smoothie

and the color it came out looks awesome!

Then we spent the day making food (well Lori did it all with

little to no help from me) i did chop some stuff up and set the table

but thats about it. We talked about everything under the sun

and its so nice to have someone like that in my life:)

after finishing are tea we got Chris to cut the meat and waited till

josh came from work:) and this is what we had for dinner!

• Roasted Potatoes
• Stemmed Assorted Vegetables
• baked Yams
• Yorkshire Pudding / Gravy
• Salad
• And Creme Brulee with Fresh Raspberries
